Can I track my order?
We will send you an email with your UPS tracking number as soon as your order has shipped, with a direct link to UPS's tracking website. You can use this link to track your shipment until delivery.
What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
UPS will contact you and re-attempt to deliver your package several times over the next few days. You can also contact UPS with your tracking number to arrange a delivery time that works for you.
Can I get my order delivered to a PO box?
To ensure the secure arrival of your package, UPS will not deliver to a PO box. If you have questions or need to explore alternative delivery options, get in touch with our team.
What if I need to edit or cancel my order?
You can edit or cancel your order any time before it's shipped. Simply reply to your order confirmation email and our team will be able to help.
What is your return policy?
