If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you’ll have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. 

You will receive a full refund, minus $100 for shipping and tax-related fees.

How do I make my return?

1. Reach out to [email protected] with your order number and request a return. 

2. Pack all components of your Baseline kit into a box. This should include your camera, mount, charger, and case.

• If you have the original box, please use this to pack your components. 
• Otherwise, any sturdy box is acceptable as long as the case sits tightly and does not move freely.

3. We'll send you the UPS return waybill and invoice. Please print these out and follow the instructions given by our support team.

4. Once the box is ready, drop it at your nearest UPS store. 

5. As soon as the box has safely arrived at our office, your refund will be processed.
