We offer free worldwide shipping for all customers.

As we hand-assemble Baseline in small batches to guarantee the highest quality, shipping times may vary. 

We should have an expected delivery time on the page when you place your order, so you'll know what to expect. You can also reach out to our team to ask about current shipping times for your country.

We use UPS for our delivery, meaning your package will be tracked throughout its journey. 

Your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email so you can check the status of your order at any time. 

Import duties and tax

While we offer free shipping, your order may be subject to GST, customs duties, and other country-specific taxes. 

You will be contacted by UPS if you need to pay any import duties, tax, or handling fees. You’ll receive a bill stating the exact fees you’ll need to pay.

UPS will normally hold your parcel for 3 weeks. If you haven’t paid by the end of this period, the package will be returned to us.
