Why can't I connect the camera to my phone?Updated 2 days ago

If you're having trouble connecting to the camera, do the following checks.

Is your phone connected to another WiFi network?

Your phone might be connected to another WiFi network, which can block connection.

To fix this:

1. Turn off WiFi completely, making sure the WiFi icon is gray.

2. Try connecting to the camera again.

3. If needed, manually disconnect from all other WiFi networks.

4. Turn off VPN and hotspot settings.

5. Make sure location services are enabled.

Are location services switched on?

Your phone will not be able to connect to the camera if location services are switched off.

Location services are required by iOS and Android when connecting to WiFi devices. We do not use or store this data for any other purpose.
