What does a calibration error mean?Updated 2 days ago

Baseline will automatically calibrate at the start of your session. If you are experiencing a calibration error, it means the camera could not detect the court lines properly.

This usually happens if:

  • The camera is not positioned on a proper tennis court and other court markings interfere with the calibration process.
  • The lines on your court are faded or not visible enough.
  • People are standing on court and blocking the camera's view.

Please clear the court, ensure lines are clearly visible, and try recalibrating again.
