As we release new features and upgrades, you may be required to do a firmware update for your camera.
The process is simple and should just take just a few moments.
1. Make sure your camera is fully charged before attempting to update.
2. In the main settings menu, go to Tech Support. Here, you'll see an option to update.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions and download the update. Please make sure your phone screen does not turn off during this time.
3. Scan the QR code on the camera, wait a few seconds, and you're set.

What happens if a firmware update fails?
Please double check that the camera is fully charged and connected properly, and try again.
If the issue continues, send a message to [email protected] letting us know that you're having trouble with the update and that you'll be syncing your camera for troubleshooting. Our team will be happy to help.
