How do I download videos?Updated 4 days ago

Saving recordings of your past sessions is simple! 

• For videos under 20 minutes, you can download directly to your phone after the session is over. 
• If your session lasted more than 20 minutes, you'll need to download the video to your computer.

Downloading videos to your phone

1. Choose which session you'd like to download a replay of and click 'Download Video' at the top of the screen.

2. Follow the on-screen instructions and scan the QR code on the camera.

3. Choose whether you want to download footage from the left side of the court, the right side, or both. 

4. Your video will begin to download. Depending on the length of your session, this might take a few moments. Videos will be downloaded to your phone's gallery. 

Downloading videos to your computer

1. Turn your camera on and make sure it has the most current update. 

2. Connect your LAN / ethernet cable directly from your router to the camera. Wait for the LED on the top of the camera to alternate between blue and yellow.

3. Once connected, make sure your computer and camera are on the same Wi-Fi network.

4. In your browser, type "baselineXXX.local". Replace the XXX with the number found under your camera's QR code.

5. Scroll between dates and games to find the footage you'd like to download, then save. 

Can I download multiple videos at once?

Currrently, videos can only be downloaded individually.
